I have my own Quran so I must read the surah once a day to Abee.

As well I go over Tajweed HERE before I meet my teacher Khallaa Ibtisaam on Wednesdays.

Measurement and Mapping is what I am doing this month so we decided to do this project for this month. It seemed to tie into what we were doing.

In addition everyday I go do a math drill at Mad Math Minutes, because Ummy says I am kind of weak in my drills.

This month Ummi told me to study about Black History. It is interesting to me. It shows about Harriet Tubman and Martin L. King and Slavery. so I found this web site called Bonus.com then I clicked on Find and typed in "Black History" There was so much to choose from so I just went from site to site. One of my favorite is the story of Harriet Jacobs: the life of a slave girl. It is a nice site inshallah you will enjoy going to look. Read about Harriet's struggles...from problems with her master, to her escape to the North.

Africa Study - Geography Program, Ummi does this next project with me, since it is really made for the 7th-12th graders.

I must study the African slave trade and chart it's growth.
